Wayne Chan is a real estate broker with over 37 years of residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has represented prominent clients including Cathay Bank and The Salvation Army. He is fluent in Cantonese and has worked with international clients from Hong Kong, China, Canada and the Philippines.

Throughout his real estate career, Wayne is known for his hard work ethic, honesty, accountability and commitment to excellence. He has earned some of the most prestigious real estate designations in the industry, such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

Wayne is a long-time resident of San Francisco for over 50 years. He graduated from Lowell High School in 1978 and later attended the University of Phoenix where he received an undergraduate degree with honors in Business Administration. He actively serves his community as director for the Chinese Cemetery Association, Quong Fook Tong Association and Sue Hing Benevolent Association. He is Emeritus Board Member and past chairman of the Chinatown Salvation Army Advisory Council. Wayne previously served as the chairman of Multilingual Council of the San Francisco Unified School District as well as the past president of the Chin Wing Chuen Benevolent Association, Gee How Oak Tin Benevolent Association and former chair of real estate for the Chinese Cemetery Association. He is married with three wonderful children.
